Sunshine Coast situated above Brisbane. Main towns include Hervey Bay, Noosa, Coolum, Maroochydore and Caloundra. Maroochydore is the heart of the Sunshine Coast, the name stems from the Aboriginal meaning ‘the home of the black swan’ which can be seen in the Maroochydore River.
